Bruce Woodrow and Marianne Moershel have worked together since the mid-1970s serving housing co-operatives and other non-profit housing organizations in a variety of roles. Currently, Bruce is a lawyer with mostly housing co-ops as clients and Marianne does all the technical stuff to automate the legal stuff as much as possible.
